Which photos and measurements should I send?
  • Wide views showing all items, plus large pieces from more than one angle.
  • Length × width × height with units, and door/elevator openings for awkward pieces.
  • Stairs, landings, entrances, parking and the route to the truck.
  • Reliable weights for heavy items. A photo cannot establish weight.

Email these after submitting your request and include its reference. Leave faces, personal documents and access codes out of photos.
