Your form entries stay in this page until you press Send my request. Reviewing the request does not send it. Photos are not uploaded through the website.

When you submit a request

Via Nova saves your submitted details and a request reference in a private Cloudflare database, and sends an email notification to our business inbox. We use your name, email, requested service, move details and any optional callback number to assess the work, respond with a quote and coordinate an accepted job. Submitting is not a booking or a promise of availability.

Photos and callback numbers

Email relevant item and access photos after submitting and include your reference. Use postal codes for the initial enquiry; full street addresses can be confirmed privately later. Keep faces, identity documents, access codes and unrelated personal information out of photos. An optional callback number is used for a confirmation call after you accept a quote, with your permission.

Service providers and security

Cloudflare hosts the website and private enquiry records. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse and may process technical browser and request information. Email is handled through Cloudflare and our Microsoft Outlook business inbox. These providers may process data outside Canada. We do not add advertising trackers or sell enquiry details. Relevant job details may be shared with people arranging or performing the agreed work.

Keeping and correcting information

Enquiry records are kept while assessing or arranging work and for necessary business recordkeeping. Ask us to correct or delete an enquiry by emailing vianovamovingservices@outlook.com with your reference. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons. Do not send payment details through this form.

Quotes and bookings

An enquiry is not a booking or guaranteed price. Scope, availability and pricing need written review. For labour-only help, you arrange the truck and transport. For a truck-and-help request, the vehicle, transport and crew must be included in the agreed quote. No payment is taken on this website.
